Daniel,Thanks for tall the info you provide. I’m looking at the Bossjock app. Do you know if it integrates with Skype (on ipad wireless) or the phone(on iPhone) to allow you to do phone interviews? Thanks, John
No, it doesn’t. Bossjock does support Audiobus, which would allow for this kind of thing if Skype supported Audiobus.
The next best option is a kickstarter campaign for the “Recap 2,” which lets you connect multiple mobile devices to record Skype calls: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/igorramos/recap-2-record-iphone-calls-in-ipad-android-mobile
It’s not the best quality, but it’s possible.

Unfortunately, there isn’t anything this good because Android has some latency problems.
